The sacramental registers
maintained at the Church, recording baptisms, marriages, deaths and
burials in our historic cemetery, do NOT date back any earlier than
about 1915.
Older sacramental registers with
the earlier sacramental records of our Church parish are kept in the
archives department vault at the offices of the Diocese of Baton
Rouge, Catholic Life Center, 1800 S. Acadian Thruway, P O Box 2028,
Baton Rouge, LA 70821-2028, Tel. 225-387-0561.
Microfilm of all our sacramental
registers are on hand at the Archives Department of
the Diocese of Baton Rouge.
Please address ALL
inquiries about these earlier records to the Archives Department at the
above address. We are not equipped to respond to any
inquiries about records earlier than 1915.
