A
cookbook has been published in memory of
Courtney Banta, a former student of
Ascension Catholic, who died of cancer and
was a patient at St. Jude's Children's
Hospital. Her mother and a group of
devoted family members and friends have
put this cookbook together in her memory
with all proceeds going to St. Jude.
The
name of the cookbook is Butterflies for
Life and the cost is $25 each. It is a
beautiful hard cover book with 350 pages,
the dividers of each section are paintings
by local artist.
